Quality Workplace Relations/InterAct

Collaboration in Times of Intensity
3 Days

What is Quality Workplace Relations/InterAct?

Collaboration...

There is one characteristic common to all organizations - people must collaborate to attain organizational goals. Any goal that does not require collaboration, does not require an organization to accomplish it. Organizations exist to execute objectives that cannot be attained by one person alone.

...In Times of Intensity

When intensity between people increases (due to work pressures, competing goals, interpersonal conflict, etc.) individuals tend to communicate less clearly and less completely. When the going gets tough, what happens? People become not only less willing, but less able to collaborate effectively.

Quality Workplace Relations/InterAct

Effective and powerful human interaction is a matter of both art and science, instinct and skill.
