Background:
Ms. O'Neill leads the Executive Coaching Training Seminars Series (see "Seminars"). She was a full faculty member for 11 years in the graduate program in Consulting and Coaching in Organizations at the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) / Saybrook Graduate School. She currently teaches the executive coaching class at LIOS / Saybrook Graduate School in the master's programs.

Previously, she was the director of training and development at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel and Towers. She received the 1988 President's Award for her contributions toward productivity and quality at the Sheraton.

Ms. O'Neill has a master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science with an emphasis in organizational development from Whitworth College. She is a member of the Organization Development Network and past co-chair of Human Systems Development Professionals.
